Chiesa Vecchia
This was the first church to be built within the enclosure walls, thus its apse form an integral part of the walls. It is impossible to trace the events of its foundation, probably it was realized in the 13th century. In a pastoral visit of the 18th century it is possible to read how its form in that period was: a nave with a coffered ceiling and the following sizes expressed in metres: 16,10 x 8,05 x 8,05.

On the apse's wall a fresco representing San Nicola, and to the left and to the right of the high altar the frescos representing San Francesco d'Assisi and Andrea Apostolo. The stoup was a large valve of a shell. There are at present only ruins of this Church.
